- Help Desk Support – 570-893-8111
If you have questions, we strive to get you answers – plain and simple. Our Help Desk team can be called upon Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. As a not-for-profit technology center there is never a charge for the first 10 minutes of help desk support – no matter how difficult the question. We’re always glad to talk to you. Give us a call today!
- High-Speed Internet
Today, KCnet offers fiber and wireless high-speed Internet
access at economical monthly rates throughout Lock Haven and
much of Clinton County.During 2013 and 2014 we will be expanding
wireless high-speed service to include Centre, Tioga, Lycoming,
Sullivan, Bradford, Columbia, Luzerne, Wyoming, Lackawanna,
Susquehanna, Wayne, Pike, Potter, Clearfield, and Carbon
counties. For your home, or home-based business,
we offer primary and back-up Internet service. No other provider
in the area offers local, friendly support and prices for
residential or business service starting at less than $20 per
month.
- Nationwide Dial-up Internet
Dial-up is one of our original services. It enables you to
connect to the Internet anywhere in the U.S. using a toll free
phone number. For very basic Internet needs this service may
be right for you. We also offer a more speedy version of the
service. The accelerated service uses compression software to
increase the speed of traditional Dial-up connections by as
much as 8 times. (Note: Nationwide accelerated dial-up
Internet service is included with all Signature Club
Memberships.)
- Personalized Email
Instead of using a yourname@kcnet.org email address you
could be using a yourname@yourdomain.com email address. For a
nominal annual fee KCnet can provide you with an email address
that better fits your personal, family, or business needs.

Membership.)
