A technician will be in contact with you within 30 minutes. To take advantage of this service you must have a functional high-speed Internet connection for your computer. One of our technicians will be able to connect and troubleshoot the problem remotely with you. You’ll be able to follow along. The connection fee is $5.00. Your first 30 minutes of remote online support is available for just $20.00.
